How it Works!
1. Book and Pay for Your Visit Choose the type of telehealth service you need from our website, and complete your payment to secure your appointment. After paying the consultation fee of $79 (you receive a consultation, 4 free sauna visits, and 50% off all in house services as long as you are a telehealth client) the clinician will determine eligibility and medication preference. Our telehealth partner, Altura Health, then charges a separate fee for medication, which will be billed to your chosen payment method after your visit with our physicians is completed. There are no long-term commitments, and medication pricing is transparent and unaffected by dosage. Altura Health ensures fast, direct
shipping to patients, and purchases may qualify for HSA or FSA payment.
2. Share Your Medical History You'll be guided to complete a medical history
form after bookingvyour appointment. This form is essential for your provider
to gain insight into your health background, current concerns, and any medications you’re taking. Providing detailed information ensures you receive personalized, high-quality care.
3. Meet with Your Provider At your scheduled time, a licensed provider will connect with you, having already reviewed your medical history. During your telehealth visit, they will address your concerns, offer professional guidance, and, if needed, prescribe treatments or recommend follow-up care.
